"Clean, smart and with a very nice breakfast. I must admit I struggled with the road noise but for most people it'd be fine. You could always pack some ear plugs just incase. Would stay here again for sure!"

"Lovely little b&b, not too far from the centre of York and is near the bus stops which take you straight in. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a good size and very clean. Owner was very helpful and gave us lots of information about york. Nice and quiet and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast consisted of cereals, fruit, Granola and yogurt along with a cooked breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others."
