"Room was warm, clean and tidy . Bed was comfortable . Location was very near to the city centre and easily walkable.. Staff friendly. Only issue was walls were very thin so you could hear people next door and television. Although it said that checking in was 2pm they let you check in if your room is ready earl Would use this place again . Great for price"
"The room had everything in it that we needed, though as a middle aged man with dodgy knees being on the top floor was a bit straining but we made no special requests so no worries there. The staff were friendly and location is absolutely superb and being able to park outside was an unexpected bonus. The only slight to the whole stay was that the shower hadn't been cleaned properly and the toilet door wouldnt shut, but that really was it. We will definitely be staying there again as we had a wonderful time."
"Lovely hotel, felt very safe as a female staying by myself here. The rooms are clean and mine had enough coffee and kettle available plus biscuits! The only downside is that the bathrooms for room 1 and 5 aren't attached to the room but accessed by a different door outside the room. This didn't bother be at all but if this would bother you then something to consider!"
"Location was great with a short walk into the town centre. Reception friendly and security passes worked without a hitch. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but we were quickly moved to another room which was clean and tidy. Little external noise but there was a fair bit of noise from creaky floors etc. Room a good size, beds and bedding fine and facilities good. Very handy having wifi, a kettle and fridge in the room. Shower controls were not great and loo seat broken but in general, the place was more preferable than a Travel Lodge etc and cheaper."
"Room was very tired looking, peeling wallpaper etc. Shower room grubby with pathetic shower. Disappointing at price. Parking charge not shown until room booking made. Only saw reception and ground floor room but was not inspired. Almost turned around and left on arrival. Staff friendly and location good hence the two stars. Would not return"
