"After having the lovely Colinton Lettings retire as our agents, we're extremely disappointed with this agency's abhorrent work ethic and lack of any response time regarding house maintenance issues, requiring us to go straight to the landlord, and making us question the point of having them as a middleman at all. Had a ceiling leak during a rainy season last year and was told they only have the one contractor already out on a job, there's no estimate for our issue, and I should drill into the ceiling myself to let the water through. The landlord had to come in to fix things himself. Shocking. Wouldn't recommend in the slightest. Unprofessional, horrible communication, disorganized, and unreliable, can't wait to hopefully get rid of them and have a new agency care for the flat, as it deserves better. AVOID!"
