"Nice and clean room's. Plenty of space to dine and the bar area is reasonably sized. Parking, Plenty of spaces and will fit the larger SUV style car's too. Staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. Pool, steam room and the changing area's all in good order and clean. Can't remember on the pool area but the room's and bar are wheelchair accessible. In house WIFI available. Would I visit again? Yes yes I would. We found it a very good spot for excursions as it's located near the main road's and made the day trips start well. No body wants to sit in traffic at the very start of a day out. Forth bridge and Kelpies are very close by if you want to cross them off your bucket lists quickly."

"Had a 2 night break recently. Excellent. I was very impressed with our room, spacious and spotless. Reception staff were all exceptional, extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Also very impressed with the "breakfast to go" option, perfect for me and my husband."

"Nice and quite rooms. What I most liked about this hotel was the service. Everyone was so nice and friendly and polite. My partner and I arrived at 11am, rather early for check in. They made an effort to get our room ready early and gave us a massive pot of tea and some biscuits whilst we waited. It doesn't take too long to get to Edinburgh centre from the hotel by bus and the buses stop right in front of the hotel. I preferred being here rather than in the centre of Edinburgh because it was much quieter so you can get a decent night's sleep. The only minor issue we could find is that the heating doesn't come on for very long so the rooms might get cold. I think it should be on for longer, or even all day with the option to turn the heating on/off, up or down as pleased. We were provided with a radiator though and were fine with this. I will definitely try to book this hotel when I next return to Edinburgh."

"The hotel was lovely the food was excellent they even provide smaller portions which is great for older people like us. The bed was enormous and comfortable. There was a comprehensive guest directory. There was an iron and ironing board. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room cost less than premier inn. We would recommend this hotel and will use it again"

"This hotel is perfectly situated a short walk from Joppa beach, with bus stops (and train station) right outside for easy access to Edinburgh city center and other destinations. The rooms were large and comfortable and the staff were great! They accommodated a very large family group of ours for dinner and everyone had a wonderful time. The breakfast was fantastic and I looked forward to it every morning - I'm not sure why it was so delicious but it was a real highlight. I'd happily stay here again."
