"Poor communication with tenant, and between Arden and landlord. No urgency for emergency repairs (no heating/hot water for 1 month and still not resolved). Lied to and cut short during phone calls so they could get off the phone. Contractors for completing jobs are unexperienced and quite obviously the cheapest around. Moreover, the process for assigning contractors is ineffective and therefore very slow, that is, if they manage to assign the correct trade They are probably not the worst, but defiantly heading that way"
