"I ve been a tenant with them for 2 years. Communication has been sometimes not great. They sometimes gave very generic answers to my questions which resulted useless and sometimes they forgot to carry out maintenance jobs. Generally speaking everything went good and I would have given a higher review if it wasn't for how they handled the deposit. They tried to charge me for tiny things which clearly were fair wear and tear and asked me around 70£ to clean some very tiny bits which the cleaner i had hired had forgotten. It took the cleaner less than 30 minutes to clean what they requested (which was extremely tiny as water ring in the sink). It s a shame they were so picky and tried to take advantage when they had to give back the deposit, aside for this I can't complain"
