"Wonderful visit again! Owner is kind, clean and efficient! Location can’t be beat! Perfect spot to stay in Edinburgh. Breakfast is quiet, lovely and quiet tasty. Rooms are the cleanest I’ve had in Europe, hands down. Bathrooms are not matchstick sized like most are and rooms are quite spacious. Most hotels have teeny rooms, but I didn’t feel cramped at all either visit. Will visit again if we get back to Edinburgh!"
"Great place for our three night stay in Edinburgh. - very clean, spacious and updated room - our room had separate washroom and shower room, very convenient to use at the same time if needed - excellent hot, freshly prepared breakfast included - very quiet street with virtually no traffic - one minute walk from Haymarket to frequent buses and trams to and from Airport - power outlets with USB charging ports - very friendly host, taking health safety very serious and always ready to help Highly recommended, best price/quality bang for your money"
