"I'd give no stars if I could staff are lazy arrogant when ever they are asked for help saying things like it's not my job to do that and other such things the manager can't do her job properly they try to run the place like a prison referring to them self's as wardens they don't like it when you stand up for you're self and give the bare minimum in terms of help being more likely to throw someone that is vulnerable and needs help out on the street rather than actually helping people lazy arrogant and negligent is what comes to mind when I think about castle cliff hostel they should give the job to people that want to help vulnerable people instead of the people they do have workn there they obviously don't care I would say don't quit you're day job but in this case I strongly suggest you do"
"This is NOT a hostel for travellers. This is a homeless person hostel run by a charity."
