"I tried to purchase some sale items online using a gift card. I wasn't able to do so and phoned the shop to be told that it wasn't possible to use it online, that I needed a separate 'online gift card' for online purchases. I then went to the store to make the purchases in person but the online sale price wasn't available, I had to pay the full price although they were still available online at the sale price. Very disappointing."
