"Went to return a yoga mat and the service was horrendous. They said the plastic should have been on the yoga mat when I returned it.. the mat was wrapped in plastic that tears when you open it (hard) not the soft type that you could put back on an item. There was no way of trying out the mat without removing the plastic...No where on the receipt does it say the packaging has to be back on the item for it to be refundable. Maybe they should wrap their items in plastic that can be resealed/wrapped. The male staff member had a massive ego and needs to learn some customer service skills. They eventually refunded me but rest assured I will never be buying from that store ever again."
"I was in a Panic today looking for a pair of boots for the young lad. On google it says Lifestyle were open at 9am but they're not open till 9:30 I called the store and i fairness a lovely lady opened the door let us in and got my boys boots sorted. Thats good customer service !"
