"When I first walked in it was pure chaos. The floor was really dirty, clothes were laying on the floor and the shoe section was even worse! Also there are not enough staff."

Apart from an extremely rude sales assistant who when I entered the dressing room and I was heading in to look for a place to try on clothes informed me "excuse me, there's a line. The sales assistant was off to the left with another lady so I never saw her until she loudly exclaimed there was a line. There wasn't a line, there was one person in front of me and she was off to the left talking to the sales assistant."
