But for example, I bought a pair of work boots and work pants here in the past for about 80 euro, and now you're looking north of 100. So I bought elsewhere and saved 40."

Employee Ciaran was even too lazy to pick up the phone and make a quick call to online department. Who took this useless employee is not clear. Also, other employees do a favor when they dealing with you, apparently HR is also without experience in how to properly recruit staff. "Out of several visits to the shop I was only happy with one. That time got everything I needed and the staff member i was dealing with was excellent. Every other time I have had to leave the shop without the purchase I was planning on doing. The same problem occurred every time - there was no staff members around to ask help from. I wanted to try on a shoe in my size (model not on the shelves) but after several rounds in the store looking for someone I couldn't locate anyone. The only staff members were at the till dealing with a queue of customers. After spending 15minutes of looking I was forced to leave. Definitely won't be going back."
