"I was in the store today and there was a mature member of staff whom was so Ignorant and abrupt. And snappy. I felt my presence was unwanted although I was the only customer in the store at the time so she was hardly under pressure. It's fair to say I will Not be returning to this store and I would strongly recommend she pop into the villa shop two doors down to educate this rude woman about customer service. Just a recommendation that they might want to turn down the music a notch as it's like a nightclub in there and it is very off putting( 0 ⭐ wasnt an option )"
"Nice place, on two levels. Women's clothing on the first floor and men's on the second floor. It's in the city center on a busy shopping street and there are plenty of restaurants nearby."
"The staff in there are very uninterested and never help. Coming from a retail background myself I find them very bad. Not even a hello On 2 separate occasions I have experienced this. I asked them to hold clothes until my lunch break and they put them out again. I went in on another occasion and I must have tried on every dress in the store and not once was I even acknowledged. Also the stock is very limited lately and they keep to redirected you to use the online store"
