"1 star purely for the service. Was dealing with a blond haired woman behind the counter wearing a mask. Asked for a couple of items. Described clearly what I was looking for an what it was for, she consulted another member of staff and came back to me asking "what it was for" slightly irritated and I repeated what I had said initially. As it happened it wasn't in stock. The second item was in stock. She presented it to me and gave me no information. I asked whether the cream should be applied once per day for my condition and she replied "yes" (wrong! It is a one time application only). I told her I had it in powder form before and she said "that is for prevention, not for treatment" (wrong! The powder was for treating the condition). As the icing on the cake the cream she sold me was 4 times the price of the powder I had been using and with the very same activate ingredient. What was most disappointing was not the incorrect information but the demeanor, the impression given was that I was an inconvenience or an irritant - not good service! 1 star"

"Went to boots knockncarra yesterday. I was greeted by shop assistant so I ask her for few products and she was extremely helpful she show me to bundle of bondi sands products which was down from 113e down to 39 and they had few boxes left from Christmas she said it was excellent and she used before and how to use it (so I got it two). Also she showed me other products which I got it. I tried Bondi sands last night as she recommended and I am just truly amazed how good products they are and how great advice I got and price I paid. Honestly she recommended beauty blender and it was very very good. I am delighted I went to shop as online I haven’t seen this promotion and advice was priceless. Really recommending that shop. Great staff, these girls know what they are selling."
