"I would like to share my experience of a situation that happened yesterday at your shop in galway knocknacarra ...the shop is open until 10 pm, I was in the shop at 9 52 to do some shopping and I asked the self service guy for cigarettes... I got the answer that it is closed...it's 9 55pm I asked again for cigarettes because it's before 10 pm I got the same answer, the third time I asked for cigarettes this boy gracefully went dissatisfied to get them for me but some girl with dark hair came up with a nose piercing telling me that I was rude even though I used the word please every time I felt like it was some kind of favor and that if she wants to she won't sell them to me, I will add that shaking her head or eyes and doing favors is rather not appropriate in a situation that I buy there every day and buy in your store since this store has been open here .... I asked the girl for her name because I wanted to make a complaint, the girl covered her hand name badge didn't say her name turned and left...really? I myself have been working in retail for 12 years and something like this is an abstract situation for me, if it says that the store is open until 10 am, I can shop until 10 am... I am very disgusted with the situation and I believe that for such a large company it was very poor customer service and even terrible"
"Filet steak last night from store was tough as old boot. So disappointing. Poor quality."
"How can you sell flowers long past their best, for goodness sake...not everyone buying your flowers know what to look for when buying...it's up to you to to get rid of the rubbish on sale....very disappointed"
"Tesco is turning our brilliant part of Galway into a souless Croyden suburb. Look at how theyve stuck the brilliant italian lads and lasses at the back. Heart breaking, i miss joyces sooo much. If folks want to make those tesco shareholders in the uk rich (uk founded and based company, check the red white and blue) go ahead, im not going there or to any of the other sites tesco took over from joyces (all over)"
"Doors were shut 10 minutes before close and anyone arriving was getting turned away. Very disappointed… bring back joyce’s."
