"I visited to collect an order on a quiet morning in Nov 22. The shop is nice but staff didn't seem to want to help. I stood at the till with no other customers for 5 minutes with many staff passing me (with no customers) & ignoring me. I eventually got attention of a staff member who gave me the order. None of the staff were friendly. I'm updating this from 3 star to 4 as we visited this shop again in Jan 2023, we met a lovely staff member who gave us loads of advice & explained the products very well. She was very patient, while we mulled over a washing machine! Thanks Michaela!"

"I bought a Washing machine and fridge and a cooker. The staff were fabulous.friendly and helpful. We dealt with Anne. She was fantastic sales person. So lovely to deal with. "the road to your store takes 2 hours one way and 18.5€. How could you accept an order if you don't have the product? now they call me from the store and tell me that I can come and pick up the money, I'm not a bank to lend money. I already came to your store last week and they told me that everything is in order. now I have to go again and spend another 20€ on the road, in total it's already 40€ and 3 weeks of wasted time instead of the promised 3-5 days. since my work is related to online, I am losing money because of your negligence in waiting for the goods that did not arrive. at the time of purchase, the product was at a discount; now I can’t buy a similar one for this money. There is no connection with the store, even the support service cannot contact, there is no point in it. It's a pity that there is no negative rating. this is the worst experience in Europe.worst service I have ever encountered. when ordering in a store, delivery of goods to the store from 3 weeks, my goods have not even arrived 22 days I wait, if I knew, I would not order at all. Faster and cheaper on Amazon or even on Aliexpress"

"Happy with my product purchased online, but staff are extremely slow, not to be found or unfriendly. Even on a quiet Tuesday middle of the day it took ages to collect my order and a couple of days ago when I came to shop, nobody seemed to care or want to help out. Disappointing."
