"100% recommend for online orders. I haven't used the shoes yet so can't attest to the quality, however, I bought these boots as an alternative for getting some from a UK based website. The ones I'd ordered from the UK took 6 weeks & didn't fit. These cost €5 more but arrived within 2 days! I believe they came from Dublin & were delivered with GLS couriers."
"Low quality products bought the expensive "high quality and durable snow boarding jacket". Wore it a couple times just as casual wear. The jacket pocket seams where glued for waterproofing were faulty or had a manufacturing flaw; so the pocket was coming away from the material. When brought back to the shop was immediately met with hostility and "not our fault nothing we can do". Do yourself a favour go across the road to call of the wild or spend a few extra euro on a reputable brand. Wont be going here again cheap quality and terrible customer service. Very similar to Conor Hogan experience below."
"Terrible quality own brand boots, wore less than fifteen times and the whole top came off the soles. Returned to store in Galway and asked the manager to contact me...she never did, I went in person 2 weeks later and was told by the manager that it wasn't her problem without a receipt and that there was nothing she could do. I made the point that while I completely understood a receipt was necessary for return that I simple wanted her to send the boots to their manufacturer and ask them if that was the quality of work they normally produced, she declined to do so and accused me of extortion when I said I'd leave an online review. I believe that people have the right to know how poor Trespass own brand products are and their customer service to match. I'll go across the road to Great Outdoors in future."
