"Many items mispriced, some only have the British pounds price so it's a mystery until you reach the checkout. Even with "reductions" most stock is too expensive. The cashier asked colleagues for help and they were very rude to her. A supervisor arrived and was also rude. No greeting, no eye contact, very unhelpful. Staff seem really unhappy. Best to avoid."
"Thíre exchange and return policy is not good for buyers. Bought a footwear but unable to exchange it with a bigger size cause I take the tag off in order to try it. Always use the same size footwear so didn't check before I buy it. And I just throw it on the counter. I won't shop thire again and suggest others to do the same. Never had this kind of experience in any other retailer."
"Store is HUGE and have a wide load of options in everything that u need. Frikking love their footwear collections from Adidas to Skechers. I just couldn't stop filling up my cart it was irresistible with bargains. Staff was helpful and made my purchase hassle-free and quick.
