"Went into sketchers in Galway and there was only one member of staff who was serving a Man.l waited and tried on a few shoes , but the guy never bothered to even acknowledge that l was there ,or even say l will be with you shortly. I had called earlier and went in ,as the door was open . He told me they were closed and didn’t open until 9.30. So l came back and was sorry l did. I have shopped here before and the girl l dealt with was so helpful. It’s very bad customer service to ignore people who come into your shop In order to buy. After all you wouldn’t have a job without customers. Very disappointing."
"Last year I asked for advice on a pair of Sketchers for my Dad who is in his eighties. Something comfortable and safe. They suggested a lovely pair of light weight and slightly wider trainers. Bought them in a lovely Olive Green Colour. To say that dad likes them is an understatement. HE LOVES THEM. He wears them everyday and is anxious to get another pair.............. but shop not open... Help. By the way- got a pair for mum for mothers day and SHE loves them.
