"A nice B n B. I stayed here with my son. We had a twin room. A simple clean room with tea and coffee. Really comfy beds.emails were replied to quickly when i booked and we were greeted on arrival by owner. Come and go as you like. In morning breakfast is served on a large table with the other guests so you make new friends. The owner takes time out after he has cooked the fabulous breakfast to sit and chat with you. Five minute walk from Edinburgh. Castle."
"The location is perfect for those wishing to be in the centre of Edinburgh. Duncan and Walter are superb hosts and offer advice on everything to do with their city. The rooms are spotless, beds comfortable and the breakfasts are excellent. I love the decor and the furniture is wonderful and in keeping with the age of the house. There is the added bonus of being able to leave luggage until one is on the way to the airport. Looking forward to my next stay already!"
"A very comfortable stay over the weekend. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and very pleasant at the large shared table. The location is convenient for the centre of Edinburgh, as a visitor everything is within walking distance. I would look to return on my next visit to Edinburgh."
"My 2nd stay at Inchgrove, and I enjoyed it as much as the first! Duncan and Walter are great hosts, and breakfast will keep you going all day! Rooms are nice and clean and a good value. You can’t beat the location! I recommend Inchgrove and will stay there any time I visit Edinburgh!"
"We stumbled upon this lovely B&B while browsing Priceline. It was our first time staying in a bed and breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised. The hosts are incredibly accommodating, friendly, and knowledgable. The beds are quite comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and modern. There's a kettle in your room so you can make your own coffee/tea before breakfast. In the main area of the hotel is the breakfast area. The traditional Scottish breakfast is an enormous plate of food--something every visitor should try at least once. ONE ISSUE you should be aware of: they moved about a year ago and several websites still have the address wrong (this one... Google... etc...). The correct address is 13 Rutland Sq. If your map app is routing you north of the train station it's taking you to the wrong address. There isn't a sign at the property so just push the intercom button and Duncan will buzz you into the building. Only negative I can think of is the wifi is pretty slow and spotty in the bedrooms. Not really an issue in a place like Edinburgh as you're out and about most of the time."
