"Every time I visit Oak Tree myself and my dog are always welcomed with a friendly face and hello at reception. All the staff will interact with owners and animals while in the waiting room. They usually have plenty of things for you to browse and purchase. The appointments are quick and everything is explained well and for those that like to spread costs... They offer payment plans. I can't speak any higher of this place to be honest."
"Andrew was absolutely amazing with our cat Stormy! We were really anxious as she had had a bad experience previously at the vets but he was so great and we could tell she felt at ease with him. What a difference this made to the whole experience. Can't thank him enough for the way he was with her. The receptionist was also so lovely and the 'cat area' in the waiting room was so great for keeping her calm. So lucky this is our local vet!"
