"Great boots with huge selection and mostly helpful staff. UNTIL you need the pharmacy, huuuge queues and sometimes difficult staff who mess up prescriptions and aren't always polite. Am sure they deal with frustrated people who've been standing 20 min without the right pain meds but a bit of understanding, or not messing it up consistently to start with, would be great. Also everyone goes to lunch at once so no one man's the desk if you're needing to grab prescriptions at lunch it's tough.."
"phoned for 30min, no response. finally got through general enquiry and was told they are too busy. Asked if my prescription is ready and was told yes. When I go in to collect medicine, they are closed for 1hr lunch break with no staff cover. What's more frustrating was post lunch break I was told to wait for 15-20 min whilst the medicine is made ready.All this while taxi was waiting to drop me back home."
"Queue management for pharmacy shocking. Staff rude and don't acknowledge you. Whilst waiting at the medicines counter they ignore you as they are so busy flapping about the pharmacy queue. Would recommend you go to another branch with better service and helpful staff"
