Reviews
"Wonderful 30 minute circular walk along Turbet Island and the River Erne in Belturbet. It's a short walk to the island from the town centre or there's a carpark beside the Island."
"A beautiful, peaceful walk along the river. There is a looped waymarked trail taking in the motte and bailey. An area of historical interest with lovely views of the river. Walk is over easy terrain and suitable for all abilities. Picnic tables available. Carpark opposite Spar garage in Belturbet. Recommend spending a couple of hours walking here."
"A good place for a healthy walk following the loop as suggested by arrow markings all over the place. Nothing much to see except greenery and shrubs. There was a parking on site nearby the river where we parked our cars. There were cyclist cycling through the paths too. Some parts are wheelchair access but not the whole loop. No need to pay free for everyone to enjoy."
"Lovely walk along the river to the bridge and back along the other side bank. Beautiful views, our kids and dog love it there."
