"Renvyle House is an old historic hotel along the rugged west coast. This trip was our second time here and we’re already planning our third. What can we say, staff are unbelievably attentive and pleasant, food was delicious and plentiful, rooms are comfortable and warm and they cater for dogs. Coming up the driveway there’s a sign welcoming us to a stress free zone. That is exactly what Renvyle House is. The grounds are stunning with with a freshwater lake and numerous gardens beside the wild Atlantic - we had out dog with us, so the walking areas around the grounds were perfect. Given the time of year the heated outdoor pool was a huge bonus as was the outdoor jacuzzi. Renvyle does not disappoint, upon arrival we were immediately made feel welcome, each meal was a treat, each member of staff showed attention and all were so nice, hard to call out every individual but need to mention Anne-Marie, and the team she manages. The restaurant menu changes daily - highly recommend the crab if available, you’ve never tasted anything like it. All in all, great stay and we’re really looking forward to the next visit."
"Everything was perfect. A wonderful warm welcome on arrival. A fabulous room. A Open fire to sit by after dinner, which was, 5 courses of scrumptious food. We didn't use the heated outdoor pool or hot tub this time but we will on our return. Service was impeccable. Thank you for such a relaxing time."
"Very comfy, warm attentive staff. It is out of the way. Rent car or plan ground transportation carefully. Beautiful grounds, worth the trip. Renvyle is more than an hotel. An oasis of relaxation and beauty. The house both original and restored is full of original artwork, photography, and beautifully preserved furniture. Both restaurants the pub and Rusheenduff serve excellent food. Perhaps the only hotel I've visited with rooms throughout for quiet, sitting rooms and library. The grounds are well maintained and the surrounding area offer amazing views and walks. The house is amenable for children. Don't leave without seeing a small evening play, taking a walk with Shaun, trying the reflexology treatment with Rose. You will not find a more gracious host than Anne Marie anywhere."
"Stunning location, with plenty of activities and outdoor interests for kids and adults. Hotel was spotless throughout and the atmosphere was really positive and welcoming. What really set them apart for our party was the level of service from the entire staff - everyone worked with a smile and could not have been more helpful and accommodating. A fantastic experience overall and we can't wait to go back."
