"I arrived with no food left from hiking and there where no Shops near by, so the “Administrator guy” gave me a bag of his own food and actually even bake a pizza for me! I was overwhelmed by his helpfulness and open heart. The Campingsite has a stunning view and the showers were hot and the toilette clean. You even have acsess, three steps away from your tent, to a beautiful little beach where you can go for a swim in the Waves. Was a wonderful stay!"
"Can't rate this camp site any higher. We met Graham on arrival, absolutely sound and very helpful. The toilet and shower facilities were lovely and clean, nice powerful jet from the shower ,exactly whats needed to get the sand out of your hair after a swim. The campsite itself was spotless ,no rubbish discarded anywhere . The views speak for themselves , 360° of spectacular views of mountains and sea. We only stumbled upon this campsite but it was so nice we didn't want to leave the next day to finish the rest of our road trip holiday. Will be making it our buisness to come back."
"Pluses: beach access, fab views, clean toilet block, free showers. We did enjoy ourselves as we were at beach all day and despite overcrowding the guests nearby were very respectful and quiet. Minuses: very low pressure in showers, (had to wash hair in sink) , they ran very hot and adjusting didnt help. The toilets took long time to refill(if your in a queue, you cant flush for ages!). The site was very over crowded, 7 vans in space set for 4. We had people sitting with their chairs almost touching tent between the guy lines, on one night as they had nowhere else to go. Was advised booking for electricity doesn't guarantee electricity for tents. Despite a barrier, (which was always up) and a sign saying residents only, (but no checks) there were plenty of non campers parking beside tents/vans to access the beach. Had to stop someone from driving through guy lines of a tent and turned out they weren't even residents, they just wanted access to beach. Worrying re kids. Water access is good walk from some sites."
"The location of this camping site is really amazing, beautiful views! However, the facilities could really improve on some points. The water in the bathrooms seemed brown, the toilets were not very clean and in the men's bathroom only 1/4 lights worked (which means very dark shower sessions). Despite these things, we did enjoy our stay!"
"Brilliant location ensure you go in the gate with the cafe office at the front not the bottle bank as that is the perment sites. Their is 2 toilets and 4 showers with limited hot water. Spaces by the facilities are on grass. Table top games and laundry facilities. On the beach great access"
