"Ireland's tallest waterfall unless it's dry It's beautiful to see when it's flowing and when windy it moves with the wind... worth the sight When dry, it's still worth the walk as the views at different spots are so calming. It's a steep walk at some spots, but a short 45 to 60 mins walk It's peaceful as few visit it as it has only 5 to 6 car parking availability... It's free... there are cycle stands as well Love to watch the donkeys at the start It's dog friendly, unlike Glencar waterfall"
"The longest waterfall in Ireland, which is located a few kilometers from Sligo. A path leads to it, a serpentine along the forest uphill. During the whole walk you can admire the beautiful views. The Nature is just amazing"
"Unvisible in dry weather ,real hidden gem. Pleasant moderate aprx 30 min walk with the amazing views. Majestic waterfall, beautiful and magic, absolutely must to visit!"
"I wouldent say this is a must see, but it wont dissapoint. There isnt much parking, maybe 4 spots at the base of the trail. The trails are well marked and there was more than i expected - on the way to the waterfall there are viewing spots where you can get a great view of the lake. The waterfall up close is something else, but the cliffs are even better. The trails also go through a moss covered forested area which really feels mystical. When I was there (in february) it was sunny, rained and snowed all in the same hour or two - so dress well."
"Excellent mini hike, quite tough in places. Make sure to read the signs...If you can't see the waterfall from the Car Park then it's dry. Still a nice hike and views of the lake."
