"Took two dogs to blue collar on 14/07/2022. A cockapoo and a beagle. I was meant to collect the dogs at 15:00, however, I received a sms message stating the new time for collection would be at 16:00. When I was collecting the dogs the shop assistant mentioned there was a problem with my beagle, he had an accident inside the crate he was left in, two cuts and a swollen nose as can be seen on the pictures. I thought it was a bit weird, my beagle is crated trained and it never happened while he is own his crate. There are not enough space between the bars of the crate that would fit his nose in. I believe the situation could have been handled in a better manner as I presume any dog owner would get upset after a situation like that."
