"We have been to a few catteries now and there is no question that our Cat Cadhla is at her happiest with Karen and her staff at the Wicklow Pet Hotel. They are just fantastic. You can see they really know and love Cats! When Cadhla stays at the Wicklow Pet Hotel, we feel assured knowing that she will be in excellent hands, and they'll take great care of her. Each Cat room is lovingly decorated with individual outdoor sections that we know our Cadhla loves. There are also larger play areas for cats to explore. The social media updates and photos were lovely to see while we were away also. I would highly recommend Karen and the Wicklow Pet Hotel to any cat owner. My only concern now is that the secret is out!!"

"Karen and all her staff at the Wicklow Pet Hotel have been fantastic looking after our family kitten, Rusty. We watched their YouTube video tour before we booked Rusty in for his holiday and felt happy knowing the high standards that the Wicklow Pet Hotel provides for their pet guests. It was Rusty's first time been away from home and he was a bit of a nervous seven month old kitten. After his arrival at the Wicklow Pet Hotel, Karen provided us with social media updates showing him settling and been very chilled with his new cabin digs. Karen also kindly sent my mum (Rusty's human mammy :)) and brother WhatsApp updates and video showing him playing outside and having lots of chats with Karen which made our life so much happier knowing that he was been taken care of so well. From the booking process which was straightforward and easy to work, all the way through to pick up, the Wicklow Pet Hotel has been brilliant. "Delighted to find this cattery in Wicklow. We sent our two ten month old kittens to Wicklow Pet Hotel for a trial short stay recently. Karen sent us short videos of both kittens which was very reassuring and thoughtful. Both brothers were in the same kennel and there was plenty of room with outdoor and indoor space. Blitz stayed mostly in the indoor area and Boots outside which was ideal. Karen gave them plenty of attention.Good quality kibbles were provided also. There is a common safe play area too for exercise which is great for active outdoor cats so they don't feel too restricted. We have the kittens booked for two longer stays and feel very happy knowing they will be well looked after by Karen and people who understand the unique personality of each pet."

"Our cat Abbey has stayed with Karen at the Wicklow Pet Hotel on a number of occasions. Abbey is always well looked after, the heated spaces are great and she loves the outdoor climbing area. We love seeing the social media photo updates of Abbey during each stay. My Son loves his visits to the Hotel, Karen is very personable and responsive on any queries, check-in / check-out is always very prompt!. I would recommend the Wicklow Pet Hotel."

"Our 2-year old collie mix used to be very reactive on lead, and we were very nervous about letting her off-lead with other dogs. During our first visit to the pet hotel, Karen brought her own two dogs outside to meet our dog, and within minutes they were running around and having fun. It was the first time we had seen our dog running around with other dogs since we adopted her nearly a year ago! Karen encouraged us to take our dog to dog parks to improve her socialization skills. Several weeks later, our dog had her first stay overnight at Wicklow Pet Hotel. We felt very comfortable leaving her in Karen’s hands as we knew she would be well cared for. After just one weekend at the pet hotel, our dog’s behaviour drastically changed for the better. Instead of lunging and barking at other dogs on walks, she started smiling! Our dog later returned for a week-long vacation at Wicklow Pet Hotel and she loved it. The team posts photos on Facebook and Instagram so we could see how much fun she was having. We highly recommend Wicklow Pet Hotel and can't thank Karen enough for her advice that really turned our dog around."
