"Great service professionally delivered by the vets. However, the reception staff who appear to be student vets need to improve their customer service skills. The fees are also expensive, you are told that you must pay before your pet is seen, that made me feel that payment was more important than the pet care, therefore only 4 stars given."
"The best help you could ever ask for your pet when they are in need. Our little Bella past away, but UCD vet hospital did everything imaginable to take care of her and made her passing easy for our Bella. The nurses were so caring and the vet so professional, caring and a true lady to deal with in not only helping Bella pass in peace but also consoling us in such a sad time."
"The outcome we'd hoped and prayed for for our adored little man wasn't to be because his illness was too advanced by the time he was referred here. However, the care and attention he received by Kevin and all who looked after him was exceptional. It was very evident to us that he mattered to them. He was treated with dignity and respect throughout his short stay, right up to and through his final minutes. We, as his parents, were treated similarly, in what was a very difficult situation for us. The availability of Kevin's top class expertise together with the up to date technology and facilities meant that our little baby could be diagnosed without invasive methods, which meant a lot for him and for us. We will never forget the empathy and sensitivity shown by Kevin and his assistants and will cherish that when our grief finally subsides. We couldn't recommend this clinic more highly and, while we hope to never have need of it again, we wouldn't go anywhere else if such a need arises and we would highly recommend it to others who might find themselves in a similar situation to ourselves .
