"Cannot recommend this groomer highly enough - especially for anyone with a terrier! They do a great job hand-stripping the coat and our pup always comes out happy with a perfect groom. They’ve always been super accommodating should we need to reschedule appointments too and are fairly priced for the level of grooming provided. Perfect for anyone wary of other dog groomers who can be far too quick to reach for the clippers. Also have to credit that they always do a brilliant job of our dogs ears, where we have issues with other groomers in the past!"
"I’m so delighted with Fernanda & staff at V.I. Pets. They looked after my pooch Pickles like she was their own. She was happy and relaxed when I picked her up. She was beautifully washed and cut, her ears cleaned and trimmed, a very professional grooming session! I would highly recommend them to anyone for their excellent service, Pickles is already booked in for her next few sessions!"
"I would give no stars if possible. My dog received multiple cuts and scratches during the grooming service that was not tailored to his sensitive skin as per the photos below, developed rushes and was recovering for a couple of weeks. I will not be returning and advise to avoid to save your pet from being traumatised by the experience."
