"A warning to all considering putting their animals in the care of this woman "Veronica". She has the demeanor of a spiteful, ten year old child. Our dog has stayed here on more than one occasion. After a recent misunderstanding over the phone, Veronica had to wait an hour (yes, a full hour god help her) for a dog that was, in fact, to be booked into a different kennel. On realising this, she rang my mother 2 times and hurled abuse at her, despite having already been apologised to profusely. Nearly brought the poor woman to tears. Now I ask you folks: if this is the way "Veronica" treats another human being, how is she going to treat your animal? Disgusting behaviour. When I rang her back to confront her she didn't even have the dignity to speak to me. Our dog never liked her anyway. Avoid this place."
