"I've had two experiences with Highfield Vets in Navan and I have to say, both have been extremely positive. Our first visit we were seen by Marta who was kind, reassuring and treated my dog Lila with respect, kindness and compassion. Our second visit we were seen by Victor and he is so kind, sweet and gentle, stopping to chat and engage with my children which is so important as they too are pet owners and have grown up with our dog, they don't know life without her so including them helps reassure them too. Victor was thorough, took time to talk and investigate, and helped lift our dog into the car when we were leaving. Karen, who greeted both times, is lovely, funny and engaging and everything you would want on arrival when you're worried about your pet."
