"Emily through her holistic approach extended the life of our dog (border collie, diagnosed with tumor) already by 14months, when conventional vet estimated our dog in best could live no more than few weeks. Devastating feeling and process to go through but Emily's approach, kindness and understanding allows us to handle the situation. There were many situations that we could rely on Emily's help how to help the dog in the best, ethical manner. She always helped us in emergency, preparing the new remedies or applying accupunture. We rejected the possibility of chemotherapy and complex, expensive surgery from UCD (no guarantee on sucess) and other conventional vet, and now after 14month, thanks to Emily's holistic treatments, our dog is doing well, eating, playing, lower energy but she is already 13years, we consider we have made a right decision to stick to Emily holistic approach to help our dog. Reasonable prices! Highly recommend (the best vet I met in Dublin) Quick update as of 07 Apr 2023: still very happy with Emily's clinic. Our dog is still with us. Miracle."
"Just back from our first visit with new puppy. Emily and her staff are so warm and caring, our pup was put at ease straight away. Emily was a font of knowledge on keeping our puppy healthy in the long term and advised us on a good diet, parasite control and general puppy care for behaviour and safety. Super happy with the care we received and highly recommend this practice."
"I came across this clinic as I was driving past and my dog became unwell. The staff were excellent and looked at my little beagle right away, even though they were busy at the time. An extremely caring practice that I was very grateful for. Thank you"
"My dog is now 8 years old. Portmarnock vet team have looked after him when he needed care. Bosco is cared for gently and in a quiet easy way I haven't experienced in any other vet practice."
"Recently my Jack Russell became quite ill losing a lot of weight quickly through erratic eating and vomiting. The vets here discovered that she had an obstruction serious enough that the morning after they first saw her she had abdominal surgery to remove said obstruction which turned out to be quite a big furry squeaky toy! It has passed through her stomach and was lodged in her small intestine. That was only just over a week ago she is now fully recovered and back to her old self. I cannot thank Emily, Claire, and the nursing staff enough for how they cared for Poppy. Plus the final bill was very reasonable considering the initial consultation all the blood tests, surgery, anaesthetic, injections, painkillers, antibiotics, 2 x overnight stays, specialist food, and two follow up appointments. Thank you all for everything."
