"Patrick attended to our adorable 2yr old cat Milo on Christmas Eve at 11pm when UCD emergency was inaccessible as well as our regular vet. Patrick was very to the point which we find very good when in such a situation as we were. He treated our cat very well, and was very compassionate towards us as pet owners. His first reaction was that Milo was not well enough and may not pull through but decided to give him a second chance. He called us 4 times to follow up on how Milo was doing. Unfortunately Milo was still not better and we took him to his regular vet as Patrick was too far out for us and unfortunately didn't make it 4 days later. We would definitely recommend Patrick and we will have his details on hand in case of any further emergencies."
"We're very grateful for the service Patrick and Monica provided as they kindly accommodated our wishes to lay our family pet to rest at home, where she would be comfortable. It wasn't an easy decision but after hearing from three separate clinics it was the kindest thing to do. "Patrick came to the house as my beloved Clover has just passed he was very compassionate and caring and took care of Clover and when Clover was cremated Patrick brought Clover home to me he could not have been more kind and compassionate. He is extremely helpful, professional and reliable. What we love most about him is that he really cares for your animals as if they were his own and we trust entirely!
