"Excellent care of our animals, fantastic advice from any of the vets you see and can always squeeze you in if it’s really important. Spotless clean and your always made feel welcome"
"Marvellous vets and very helpful reception staff, particularly Therese on reception - always helpful, discreet, efficient, practical and kind. All the vets I've had dealings with at Botanic have been really good to deal with; giving great treatment, helpful advice and care for my dogs. Una who always goes above and beyond in her care, and Evelyn who was so very kind and sensitive with us when she helped our dog Flossie to pass at her end of life. Thank you so much. Mary"
"Extremely horrible experience at this vet. I brought my beautiful kitten Missy here for a spaying operation. Unfortunately she died during surgery, despite her having no discernible health problems. She had been seen by the same vets for over a month prior to surgery with no issues noted. The absolute nonchalance they showed to her death was absolutely horrible. We received no apologies, no card - nothing. They genuinely showed no remorse, despite her dying during an operation that had an almost 99.9% success rate. I would never ever trust them with any pet. If you love your pets as much as I do, please please go somewhere else. RIP Missy."
"Bad experience unfortunately!! I recommended this vet over the years to all my family and friends as I have attended it a few years back and found it great. After a few years we got a new puppy and I signed her up for her pet health club that I thought was a brilliant idea and I went up for her 2nd vaceen as she already had her 1st dose done. when we got there ladies on the desk were lovely with us, but the vet herself was so rude with me and Daisy no communication really not interested answering any of my questions or telling me about the tablets she was giving me. When I asked about the food or worm tablets she said we'll that's up to you I did say sorry if this sounds stupid but does it have to be 7 to 10 days after 2nd dose and very toneish answered well depending on what the information you have giving us is the truth well then YES! I had a sheet with all her information printed and stuck on it. Over all not a nice experience which is unfortunate but I have cancelled my next visit and will be going somewhere else."
