"Opening time 8am? Arrived after 8. Lights on , doors locked, shutters up. After waiting another person came and knocked harder. The employee inside opened the door to the door to the pharmacist who then went and got coffee and the assistant locked the door saying she couldn’t open until the pharmacist returned and she didn’t know when that would be! Rubbish customer service. If someone is standing at a pharmacy door at 8am waiting for you to open… it’s because they are sick. Leaving them standing in the cold and then ultimately without medication shows a total lack of care of the patient. AVOID"
"Great pharmacy and very helpful staff. Always great customer service from Chloe and the girls. Best pharmacy in town."
"I was in here today and experienced absolutely shocking treatment. I have been coming here for years for a certain type of toothbrush. The way I was treated by the girl working the counter was deplorable. She needs to be trained in customer service as soon as possible."
"Sarah and Chloe have been super stars as I dealt with one of my employees being injured and I couldn't thank them enough, a pair of angels! Thank you so much ladies!"
