"The lady working today had my new Gerbils best interest at heart. I could see she cared and thats great to see in a pet shop. I needed a gerbil to bond with my rescue boy buddy. I travelled from wex as I know the more local pet shops dont have the animals interest at heart. Clean enclosures all around for the animals. The one thing I must mention though is some of the cages sold are not fit for purpose as they are too small.Some if not all. It d be great to see them move away from enclosures that traditionally were fine."

"I bought 5 baby rats from Pet Bliss a few months ago, I never said anything at the time but thought I would now, I saw them rats advertised on donedeal and when I messaged about them I was told they were all girls and there was 5 left, so I bought them and went in to collect them, as there was five left I presumed it was the five girls mentioned to me but on the car journey home I realised there were two boys. This I suppose was partially my mistake as I should have confirmed but I kept the rats and didn’t go back to the pet shop as I don’t think their standards are the best. Now after seeing 25 days ago they’ve more rats advertised I thought I’d post this. Male and female days shouldn’t be housed or sold together un-fixed. I was lucky none of the girls were pregnant as rats reproduce very young. Someone could easily buy a male and female without knowing and then accidentally have babies. I’ve no idea wheee the rats came from or if they’re even sibling or not. The cages and tanks where the animals in the store were being held weren’t the best either, a lot of them lacking water. I wouldn’t support this pet store again in the future and hope others feel the same and woukd try and source their rats from breeders instead"

"Updated: Response from Pet-Bliss complaining about a bad review seems indicitative of their attitude. I reviewed my experience, both as constructive criticism for the retailer and for the information of others possibly experiencing similar issues. That experience hasn't changed. I'm certainly not in contol of their website the fact they say they have no contol over it is a much bigger concern for online purchasing. Hopefully the website redesign might iron out some of the issues I and others have encountered...such as live stock etc.. Original Review: Signed up for the online newsletter, nothing has arrived in over a week. Judging by online reviews this seems to be a good physical store but their online shop / service / customer service and attitude to online sales leaves a lot to be desired. Suggest you visit in person rather than shop online to avoid disappointment."

"Placed and paid for an online order for dog food on Thursday but this was cancelled 3 days later and refunded with no explanation provided by Pet-Bliss. Expected the dog food to arrive today, and instead have discovered it won't and will now have to make alternative arrangements quickly as I've nearly run out. Would absolutely NOT recommend Pet-Bliss for any critical items and especially not for online purchases. Extremely bad experience made worse by no communications."

"Online ordering needs alot of work. 6 working days for response from customer service. 6 working days for item to be delivered to cork. Happy with my purchase just disappointed it took so long. Replying to Management's reply. I Facebook messaged. Emailed and used the contact form to contact you. Thanks."
