"I took my MacBook Air to the LaptopLab at Back From The Future, expecting I would have to leave it for inspection and reparation for a few days and instead got my problem fixed on the spot. My trackpad was not clicking any more. Gustavo was very kind and service minded, asking me if he could open it and check it out right then and there. In less than 5 minutes, the trackpad was clicking again and working perfectly. Moreover, I received an offer for a battery change and hardware cleanup. The customer service was impeccable and I will for sure return with any other issues that I will have in the future. Gustavo is an exceptional employee. I am very grateful for the treatment I have received."

"Absolutely would recommend. The team helped me find the best solution for my smashed (oops) Macbook Pro. They could've easily replaced the screen, and searched for solutions to make it the most cost effective possible. Since I had an older model and its battery health wasn't the greatest, they found a replacement for only slightly more than just a screen replacement. They found a solution that would work better for me in the long run rather than just dealing with my issue at the moment. My new machine was back with me in a matter of days, and probably could've been sooner, had I responded to them more quickly. They transferred all my data from my original machine to the new one at no extra cost, and their refurb machines were much less than buying from Apple direct.
