"Bought my 4th computer from them for my business in August. Was supposed to receive a β¬50 All4One gift card as a rebate. Filed the documents online as per instructions. Nothing. Repeated it and even was acknowledged and asked to wait (and repeat) by their customer service -nothing. 120 days and FIFTEEN emails later -nothing. Went to the store I bought it from today, the manager tells me to contact customer service."
"Staff seem poorly trained. When printing my receipt, the salesman ran out of receipt paper and when replacing the roll put the roll in the wrong way. He didn't have the ability to reprint the receipt afterwards. If I wanted a receipt, I was asked to come back in an hour so management could print me one. I was personally purchasing something of low value and didn't really care about getting one. However, for other people this could be a huge problem. The associate was polite and apologetic, clearly not his fault. He obviously was not given proper training. Feel bad for him. Staff who are fully trained are incredibly pushy at times about trying to force insurance upon people. Not a fan of that at all. Shop has a decent variety though."
"A good place to get your electronics. They have a pretty wide selection. Regarding the gift voucher issue, since I had changed my address after I had purchased an item from them, their customer service told me that they cannot change my address on their database, because they would then have to print out a new receipt for that. They told me that they can only send the gift voucher to my old address, how inconvenient ! I mean, their overall service and products are good, but can't they just update my address on their database, which looks like a simple fix, nothing more."
"Very good shopping experience.the staff is well informed and capable. However, a number of laptops on display aren't available off the shelf. When inquired, they'd give about two weeks of waiting time before you could get your hands on the device. Of course it helps going to the store. They have offers that are not listed online"
