"I dropped into your Gorey branch on Saturday afternoon last to purchase a Sony smart TV. We were looked after by Rhys, who was exceptional. We found him to be courteous, knowledgeable and patient. Never once did he try to influence us over purchasing one model over another; at all times he was able to respond clearly to our many technical queries and impressions. After selecting the model we had originally been seeking, happy that it ticked all the boxes, Rhys then carried the TV out to our car for us. Later in the afternoon we began the process of installing the set. Along the way we came across a number of challenges. "Low marks due to customer experience. I went to their store in Dundrum, Dublin, specifically to buy a google chromecast because it was at a good price. The vendor's general manner wasn't very welcoming, I asked about the product and prices as there were various models and prices. When he went to the till/computer with all their product information, I mentioned I had seen the particular model online - not mentioning it was their website. He then went on to say that the best price online was €59.99. I went on to tell him that I had found one online at €49.99. They claim to match any online price. I then showed him that the website and store that had the best price was the very store/ his store that I was standing in! He obviously new this and had all his information at his fingertips! His reaction was very telling once he discovered that I knew he was trying to rip me off. I detest when someone tries to con me like that! I'd say they were doing it to people all Christmas! I'd rather pay €10.00 extra to someone honest. And, as it turns out, it was about the only product in the whole store that is cheaper than anywhere else. Won't be going there again."

It wasn’t only sorted to our best pleasure, but we ended up having a very good price also. The best Liebherr dealer in Ireland! "Superb customer service. Went to Dominic Smith with my elderly mother (parking right outside the door) to buy a washing machine for her, we were so happy with the customer service shown to us by the sales person Nicola. We were given time to look before being approached. She went through all different options, pros/cons. Very knowledgeable, patient lady, we were never hurried. We were asked what day & time would suit us to have it installed rather than being told. Nothing was too much trouble. Who knew shopping for an appliance could be a pleasure! I will need a few items myself in the coming year and will definitely go here. Thank you for making life a little easier."
