"We left in a vacuum cleaner for repair, but when picking up a week later, it was a different vacuum cleaner that was given to me. We had to wait a further week and numerous calls to try and resolve the issue but nothing worked and the shop insisted that they don't make mistakes. After much challenge, they replaced our vacuum cleaner with a new one, but then they swapped out the hoover head with an old one that was in for repair. All in all a strange experience, as yes they replaced our vacuum cleaner with a new one, but they lost the one we left in for repair and with swapping the head we were also left without a full new vacuum cleaner. And we were certainly made feel the whole matter was our fault and we didn't even recognize our own vacuum cleaner."
