"We went to the Neff 'A Taste of Morocco' this evening and really enjoyed the experience. Sarah and John gave great tips on cooking the delicious moroccan dishes as well as providing good information on range of Neff ovens and induction hobs We came on the recommendation of another friend who had been there and also enjoyed it. Learnt a lot about choosing an oven and also about cooking great food. Thanks to you both for great demo and 'hands on' experience."
"Experiencing terrible problems with a brand new Bosch oven. Not crisping or browning foods like roast potatoes, or crumb topping on fish pie. Not even cooking a frozen pizza! Have had dreadful response from Bosch customer service - totally dissatisfied and let down. Could not recommend a Bosch. Unfortunately the problem remains unresolved. Engineer visit just tested temperature and nothing else. The oven is turning on but the problems arise during cooking. Bosch have now washed their hands of this problem. I'm left with a span new oven that doesn't cook properly. Terrible service. Feel totally left down."

"My dryer packed it in and after being completely overwhelmed by the amount of manufacturers and options online I decided to speak to an actual real life person. Caren was excellent. She didn't try and sell a specific dryer or feature to me. She understood my situation and how I would be using it and was very quickly able to narrow it down to 2 specific models from different manufacturers. What could of been an unpleasant experience going from store to store listening to uninterested sales people was actual fun and the most important thing I ended up with exactly the drier I wanted. Can't recommend enough."
