Their 'National Service Manager' has a terrible attitude to customers post sales, be warned! UPDATE: Following my post Leonie got in touch, and after Covid related delays and some shipping issues I have now received a a replacement piece for the leaky tap. On balance I've updated my original rating to a three Thank you Leonie."
