"I have purchased online 1 seater sofa bed at the end of november with guaranteed delivery before christmas. The delivery was paid. I rang the customer care one week before christmas to check if the furniture is coming before, and I was told that no hope to get it in time for christmas even thou the furniture was all the time in stock in dublin. Ended up renting a van and having to go to collect myself."
