"I initially was pleased when choosing my kitchen. The designer was very helpful and thorough. Everything was going well until the kitchen was put in. We chose the free fitting on the selected kitchen because it was more affordable. On the morning the fitter was to arrive to start the kitchen, he never showed up and no contact. I had kept the skip specifically for that day. He arrived the following day and had to take the rubbish with him because the skip was gone. After kitchen was fitted the plumber came out to plumb in the sink, we chose a pull out tap which ended up we couldn't use it because of the water pressure. We weren't initially told they would only work in high water pressure areas. When the electrician connected the hob we had another issue, the alignment was wrong and had to get someone from Nordmende to fix the issue which still wasn't perfect but better than it was. There was a very more issues and customer service/aftersales was really bad, I had to go through the kitchen designer to get any communication back. We have recently had a few more issues where the kick boards have moved and have had several leaks under the sink because a lot of the materials used are cheap and of poor quality, not build to last. The kitchen is only in 7 months. It has been very upsetting because I've waited a long time to be able to afford a new kitchen and my experience has really put a downer on it. I left honest feedback on Facebook but was blocked which is always a sign that a company is covering up something. Although the free fitting is a good deal, it can come with other problem like cheap materials etc. so do your research. I also agree with a lot of other opinions on paying in full before the job is done. This should not be the case, you should be able to hold off on full payment until you're satisfied with the work, a large deposit should be enough!"

"I just got a new kitchen and two wardrobes fitted by Cash & Carry kitchens. From design stage by David , to planning for installation by Olive and finally the fitting by Lee all went very smoothly. The team taking out kitchen,delivering kitchen , putting in the kitchen, plumber and electrician all seemed to have a good rapport with each other under the guidance of Lee. Communication was always clear throughout and house was left tidy at the end of the job. I would thoroughly recommend."

"We ordered our Kitchen in January 2022 and it was fitted in March 2022. We initially selected a Nordmende oven however, a whirlpool oven was installed. We didn't make a deal out of this but within 6 weeks after the oven was fitted it kept tripping and shutting down. The company arranged for Whirlpool to fix the issue and within a day, the same issue happened again. In total, the oven was fixed 5 times! Cash & Carry said it wasn't their issue as the oven was a whirlpool brand. It's a bit like saying if I bought a pair of Nike runners in a sports shop & they're faulty, I've to contact Nike directly. We had attached the CCPC guidelines and even highlighted their own terms and conditions but this kept falling on deaf ears. With lots of mails and phone calls we were getting nowhere. It was only when we were bringing the issues to the Small Claims Court, that Cash and Carry decided to act on addressing the issue. When we were initially purchasing the kitchen all was great but unfortunately once contracts were signed and funds put through, the customer service went out the window. We are due to get fitted wardrobes and had initially looked at cash and carry but we will not be purchasing from them again."

I really appreciated all John’s help, advise and guidance during the design process which I found invaluable. Lee did a wonderful job fitting the kitchen and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole fitting process, he was very professional, helpful and nothing at all was any trouble.
