"I took a visit to the Finglas show room last week with out an appointment, the lady there, who’s name was Shannon was very welcoming and accommodating. Although She seemed quite busy and was also with another customer at the time of my arrival, Shannon still made the time to say hello and assured me she would be with me momentarily. I wasn’t waiting long before she introduced herself and showed me around. I plan to make an appointment soon and have also passed her details on to a friend. Thanks again for your help!"

"I visited the Finglas showroom late last year and so glad I did, they had my Fathers kitchen completed in time for Christmas! We were so delighted with the quality of work and service received, I especially need to mention Darren who arranged everything for us and was amazing to deal with thoughout the process and brought are ideas to life and designed us a beautiful kitchen. The design and quality of the kitchen are miles above any expectations we had. Will definitely be back when doing my own and will recommend to friends and family..Thanks"

"We have been having an awful experience with Kitchen World. We had the kitchen fitted over a year ago and after so many phone calls they still won't fix the issues we have. They initially tried to put a cabinet over our kitchen socket and blamed us, even though the socket was there when they measured for the kitchen, had to get an electrician in to move it. They significantly chipped the worktop when fitting it, they wouldn't replace it, instead they put a paste on it, which came off within days and the chip has gotten worse. The handles on the doors keep falling off, I've had to glue them in place and the soft close hinges stopped working after the first few months. They fitted damaged doors and I'm not talking tiny scratches, these had big marks and dents on them, the fitter tried to hide them by fitting them on the inside. After weeks of chasing this is the only issue Kitchen World fixed for us. Every few weeks we call them and they either don't answer or they say they'll come back to us with a solution and never do. Don't shop with them, it's not worth the pain and hassle when there are better kitchen fitters out there."

From visiting other kitchen providers, it was clear to see the passion and care that Darren has in helping his customers achieve their dream kitchens, and that's what we have now. Would like to say big thank you to John who fitted our kitchen he was absolutely amazing, answered any questions we had and did an excellent job with the fitting. Also to Shannen who was always quick to respond to any queries we had."
