"Went to buy a monitor and from all these monitors displayed they had 2-3 available. When I asked an assistant about it he was being rude and told me they wont get them in stock for at least 3 weeks. They plan on keeping them on display meanwhile the whole time and don't be surprised if they are annoyed when you ask a question. I wanted to buy some other things as well but gave up after this experience."

"On principle I shouldn't step foot inside this store for the bloody irritating ads that they ran in the past. However, to hell with principles when they have what you want in stock and on sale! It's an impressive store with a large shop floor size. It has an equally impressive number of staff. The staff whom I spoke with were both professional and helpful and not out to necessarily get you to buy the most expensive product."

"Bought 2 sofas worths 3k in total. Lead time applied. Upon purchase I was promised for a delivery date within a month in one shipment. After a delay they shipped one sofa but forgot about the other. I had to go to the shop and remind them about it! Sofa delivered and installed. A week later, I discovered a fault (huge gap in which my 1 y.o foot was stuck). Contacted support for help. The questions and suggestions they asked were funny to say the least. They then promised to arrange a “service”. One week later and never heard back. Good job Harvey on selling me a faulty product. Now I have to deal with it, work around your schedule. Or may be accept your fault, take it back and send me a new one, your a multinational company and I’m a customer - I’m pretty sure your insurance, lawyers and staff can handle fixing an error like this. Oh, and the price dropped circa 300€ since I bought it."

"We ordered an Apple Pencil 2 weeks ago. Told it was being ordered from another store and would be in within the week which was important to us as it was our daughters birthday. Her birthday has come and gone. I’ve called to the store and I was told it hadn’t been ordered and the salesperson looking after wasn’t around. I was assured we would get a call. A week later not a word. Can’t get through to them and now looks like we will have to drive up again to see what’s happen. Not the first time we have had challenges like this with this store but I can assure you it will be the last. Next level incompetence."

"Great place for electronics. I wanted to buy a few items for my new house and I am glad that I visited this place. The employees are efficient and friendly. They answered all the questions I had. The fact that it is inside a shopping park, our shopping was easy. I would come back for sure. I recommend this place."
