"We hired a double kayak at Mid Ireland Adventure and found the entire experience to be excellent! It's really easy to book your kayak online and the price is really reasonable. The place was easy to find and all of the Covid regulations were in place, it was super professional! Jonathan was really responsive to my on-the-day message to book a kayak and even realised when we made an error booking and refunded us the amount to the account. We loved kayaking on the Shannon, the water was nice and calm and we saw ducklings, swans, a heron and plenty of reeds...some of which we may have bashed into briefly while kayaking :D Two hours was loads of time to spend on the water and we were delighted with the quality of the equipment, wetsuits, etc. Jonathan took time to explain to us how to hold the paddle properly and how to turn (really important!). Thanks to Mid Ireland Adventure for such a great day - we will be back!!"
