I could not be more pleased with the facility and good manner of the entire staff at the pool area and the progress I have seen my kids make in their swimming. Great swimming pool in a superb location and super helpful and friendly staff at the front desk."

I'm a pool member only so I cannot comment on the gym, dressing rooms are so dated, toilets are clean,showers are old hit and miss for hot water no privacy when showering, dressing rooms never been updated since Abbey Court opened also very cold. Pool area old and dated heating always breaking down in the hot tub.etc etc. Staff could do with a bit of customer service training, a simple hello goodbye would be nice."
