"I really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very nice and it was great being able to book one room for a family of 5. I reviewed the restaurant separately, the food was very nice and I'm glad we included breakfast and one evening meal with our stay. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The location was fine for us only 20 min drive into Galway city centre however I found getting out of the hotel a bit annoying due to how busy the road is but that's not the hotels fault. The room had air conditioning but it wasn't very effective and it got quite hot at night even though it was on full blast, we stayed here in April so I can't imagine how bad that would be during a summer heatwave."
"We were here for one night, room was lovely and spacious. But it was the staff that are the best thing. We went for dinner after a long drive and the waiter could not have been nicer. He asked my daughter her favorite colour and got her a lollipop in the colour. My daughter was thrilled! At breakfast my daughter asked for something that wasn't on the menu but they checked with the kitchen and made it for her. This kind of service is fantastic. You have fantastic staff and we really appreciated it."
"Stayed in the family room Saturday and Monday night. Very spacious clean room. They even left Easter eggs in the room for the kids. Food is amazing. Very efficient and friendly staff in bar and restaurant. Overall a excellent place to stay"
"The hotel was very nicely done and our room was larger than expected. We had a very quiet night's sleep. For some reason Ireland must like their beds rock hard because a hotel at stayed at in Dublin was the same so I won't knock them for that. Everything else was great and was close enough to downtown Galway."
"Lovely hotel, stayed in family room during midterm for two nights. Very clean room and reception staff very welcoming. Kids enjoyed the pool and the restaurant staff and food was excellent. My four year old likes tiramisu and no other dessert and asked the waiter himself and he said he would rustle some up even though it wasn’t on the menu. We were so grateful as normally he doesn’t have a dessert. Thank you for making the stay so special. We will be back, thank you"
